The Realme 8 5G has minimal differences from the 8 and 8 Pro siblings when it comes to the design. The glossy plastic back has been the trademark of multiple Realme smartphones, which tends to attract many fingerprints. The hump surrounding the cameras retains the rectangular shape; however, Realme 8 5G has a triple-camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel Black & White Portrait lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens.
The new Realme smartphone is relatively thin and light, making it easy to grip and use with one hand. In addition, the power button comes with a fingerprint sensor incorporated into it instead of the in-display variety found on other devices. Most importantly, the tactility of the buttons, consisting of the volume rockers on the side, is incredibly impressive.
For security factors, it features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and facial recognition. Both the authentication techniques are quick, though the fingerprint sensor is a lot more secure.
